Zoren Legaspi and Aljur Abrenica doing it the 24P way

The cheap TV drama “All My Life” on GMA 7 has been doing well in the rating games based on AGB Nielsen Mega Manila TV ratings this month.
I never watch this show because it’s crap. Not to mention the suffocating loveteam of its lead stars. I mean, why can’t they just be for real and be like those celebrities in South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, India (Bollywood) and in Hollywood?
The problem with our mainstream movie and TV producers is that they still believe in loveteam fooling around with the fans going gaga here, there and everywhere.
It’s way too cheap.
However, I cannot deny the fact that this afternoon television program caught my attention due to this impressive scenario.
Well, it went like this:
Aljur Abrenica’s character got arrested by the cops assigned by Zoren Legaspi’s character to join his evil scheme.
So it was still like one of those exaggerated stories on GMA 7.
But the next scene was bloody amazing.
At the police station, Aljur was inside the room wherein he got this chit chat with a cop asking him several questions about the incident.
Then, Zoren entered the room and told the cop he needed to speak with Aljur alone. So the investigator made an exit.
In this scenario, I had noticed it was on 24 frames per second.
Now, some of you guys may have been wondering why I keep writing stuff about 24P and all that. It’s because 24P or 24FPS is the format used in films/movies. It is very smooth and friendly to the eyes. If you watch American TV series like “Smallville”, “Charmed”, “ALIAS”, “Supernatural”, “LOST”, “CSI” and others alike, these shows are on 24P TV mode format.
This is the reason why most of us can immediately say if it’s a local TV series or if it’s an American TV series.
In “Cruel Love” on GMA 7, it is on 24P TV mode format. Ever wonder why you feel like you’re actually watching a film on your boobtube?
Well, may this article be informative to the readers.
So there it was. Aljur Abrenica and Zoren Legaspi running lines together ala CSI style. It looked great. The close-up shots were so exciting.
The script was a bit cheesy but the level of their acting prowess was not overly done. It was just right unlike those dog shit acting style of Piolo Pascual, John Lloyd Cruz and Claudine Barretto. Actually, I have nothing against these three actors. It’s just that I’ve already spent a decade seeing them doing the same thing over and over again. I mean, give me a break. They really get on my last nerve. Overrated to the maximum extreme.
I’m not going to waste my time watching those recycled pathetic cheap TV dramas on ABS-CBN.
Anyway, kudos to the production team of “All My Life” for doing a fantastic job with that scenario of Aljur and Zoren. I hope you guys keep it that way.
I smell an action film coming right up for these two actors.
Can you believe that? Zoren Legaspi and Aljur Abrenica in a suspenseful action flick?
Sounds cool.
